Who doesn’t love flowers? Why not display them in unique and interesting ways? Well, those were the questions swimming through my head when I began making various kinds of flower holders.
Here are a few of my creations:
A life of scavenging has its shabby, less appealing parts: rusty nails, moldy wood, paint chips–yikes! But on occasion, a priceless gem emerges from the heap. The Find of the Week features some of my favorites.
Besides the many that I have cut up to make various pieces of art, I also transformed this beaut by attaching brackets to the bottom to make a free-standing display piece.

What’s a reminder block you ask? Well, if I had a nickel for every time I forgot my lunch, or forgot to take out the garbage, or… I hate to admit… turn off the stove… well, you know how the saying goes. That’s why I started making these cute and very useful pieces!

For those of you haven’t heard, the all-time favorite holiday market around these parts, Rock and Shop is canceled! But fear not! The Dtown Market is hosting another holiday market in its stead, and get this: on the SAME day, and at the SAME location! What does that mean for you?
